- Responsibility for Customer Operations Excellence process Supporting business transformation, harmonization and standardization Implementing digitalization ideas to automate the processes and improve customer and internal user experience Implement tools and methodology for continuous improvement of processes, to increase customer satisfaction, process quality and efficiency Ensuring harmonized processes across different Customer Operations teams, sharing of best practices across the business units Providing support for dedicated IT Applications, including cost & benefit analysis Developing new solutions in related systems and interfaces Implementation of new digital tools, leading the projects as project manager
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- University education (Economics/IT) Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience Very good project management skills and experience Understanding of IT environment, applications and systems Previous experience in transforming business requirements into product roadmaps and systems Fluent English and Slovak language Strong analytical skills, understanding of business, developing new ideas and solutions MS Office at user level, SAP is an advantage Customer and partnership oriented
