opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd z\u00e1ujem Skupiny PERSONALITY a\/alebo zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea na uplat\u0148ovan\u00ed, obhajovan\u00ed a\u00a0preukazovan\u00ed pr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1rokov skupiny PERSONALITY a\/alebo\u00a0zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov s\u00favisiacich s\u00a0prij\u00edmac\u00edm konan\u00edm uch\u00e1dza\u010da o\u00a0zamestnanie alebo slu\u017ebami poskytovan\u00fdmi skupinou PERSONALITY zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom.<\/p>\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Pre \u00fa\u010del 4 je pr\u00e1vnym z\u00e1kladom v\u00a0s\u00falade s\u00a0\u010dl. 6 ods. 1 p\u00edsm. c) Nariadenia plnenie z\u00e1konnej povinnosti prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013ea, vypl\u00fdvaj\u00facej najm\u00e4 zo z\u00e1kona 395\/2002 Z.z. o arch\u00edvoch a registrat\u00farach a o doplnen\u00ed niektor\u00fdch z\u00e1konov.<\/p>\r\n<p align=\"justify\"><u><strong>Doba sprac\u00favania <\/strong><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Na \u00fa\u010dely 1 a\u00a02 s\u00fa osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje sprac\u00favan\u00e9 do \u00fapln\u00e9ho uzavretia v\u00fdberov\u00e9ho procesu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom pre konkr\u00e9tnu ponuku a\u00a0vybratie konkr\u00e9tneho zamestnanca.<\/p>\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Na \u00fa\u010dely pod\u013ea bodu 3 s\u00fa \u00fadaje sprac\u00favan\u00e9 do uplynutia preml\u010dacej doby s\u00fakromnopr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1rokov, teda po dobu najviac 4 rokov od ukon\u010denia v\u00fdberov\u00e9ho procesu a\u00a0v\u00a0pr\u00edpade, \u017ee sa za\u010dalo ak\u00e9ko\u013evek konanie o\u00a0pr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1rokoch, potom do pr\u00e1voplatn\u00e9ho ukon\u010denia v\u0161etk\u00fdch konan\u00ed a\u00a0vymo\u017een\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch plnen\u00ed s\u00a0n\u00edm s\u00favisiacich.<\/p>\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Na \u00fa\u010dely pod\u013ea bodu 4 je doba sprac\u00favania ur\u010den\u00e1
