Take the opportunity to join our Marketing and Business development team as a CRM Specialist for an international law firm Freshfields.The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive data services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining the data integrity in the CRM system, including verification of information, resolving of duplicate records and editing through linking with external data sources
- Becoming a ‘Superuser’ of data management platforms to support maintaining CRM data quality
- Analyzing data in the CRM to deliver insightful reports and dashboards for analytic requests and support the function to identify trends
- Support colleagues to manage the quality and integrity of data in the CRM system
WE REQUIRE / PRACTICE
- Excellent English language spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail, especially in relation to grammar, proof-reading and data validation
- Ability to work flexibly and to tight timelines.
- Good organizational skills and ability to self-manage
- Experience with corporate processes

- Salary: 1 500 EUR/month This is minimum salary. Final salary depends on experiences of each candidate.
