- As an HR Expert, you will be responsible for the HR agenda of 2 Hungarian entities. Your tasks will be: - HR Administration - Preparation of labor contracts, job descriptions, etc. - The recruitment process and scheduling personal interviews - Onboarding and offboarding of employees, new employee guidance - Administration of trainings - Communication with the payroll agency, providing correct payroll inputs and check correctness of payroll - Preparation of HR guidelines and company policies - Administration of benefits, HR database and medical checks - Implementation of new HR projects - HR budgeting and reporting, coordination of salary increase process
WE REQUIRE / PRACTICE
- University education, preferably focusing on human resources or economics - Active Hungarian and English language knowledge is required - Knowledge of Labor Code and Personnel Processes is a big advantage - Dynamic, representative, pleasant personality with excellent communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of MS Office at user level
