PERSONALITY brings a unique TOP management opportunity! For our important Client, we are exclusively hiring the position of Plant Manager. This position is intended for an experienced Leader with a strong background in Tier 1 automotive industry. Your key responsibilities will be:NÁPLŇ PRÁCE
- Direction and leading of daily operations of a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing plant Implementation of strategies in alignment with company strategic objectives and providing clear sense of direction Direct management of entrusted company departments Monitoring short- and medium-term plans and preparing the company for long-term goals Responsibility for achieving the set company financial results P&L and cashflow responsibility Building sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders Strong leadership, inspiring, motivating and challenging subordinates Continuous employee development and couching, performance evaluation Developing processes to increase productivity and enhance performance Responsibility for efficient resources allocation to deliver optimal results Communication with customers and suppliers, maintaining good business relationships Development of plant continuous improvement programs and plans Ensuring compliance of all plant operations with company policies
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations management/plant management at Tier 1 automotive plant Strong leadership, management and motivational skills Strategic thinking and planning skills Understanding of technical processes Excellent communication and people management skills Decision making and problem-solving skills Ability to build sustainable relations and partnerships Advanced English and Slovak language knowledge Financial planning knowledge Change management experience desirable
