- Managing the distribution process (transport and warehousing) & Subcontractors in Eastern Europe (especially CZ and Poland) Monitoring the stock correctness within the network Defining and developing improvement projects for more efficient and customer-oriented supply chain Encourage a customer centric distribution processes Performance monitoring, tracking of efficiency, storage capacities and partner performance Close cooperation with the Continuous Improvement Team and the Business Improvement Managers Preparation of forecasts, monitoring the warehouse and transport costs Inventory management in compliance with the company policy Audit of warehouse and transport costs Develop and implement a competitive distribution offering Ensure the effective use of available assets and resources Identify transport flow improvement opportunities Coordinate external Logistics & subcontracting partners Coordination of distribution projects execution
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations Min. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, transportation, engineering or equivalent experience in similar roles Understanding of supply chain, inventory, distribution principles and the stock and warehouse management system Exceptional organizational, communication and analytical skills Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software Fluent communication in English and Czech/Slovak language Strong team player Ability to coach, and provide training for direct reports Independent, reliable
