YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCIES: - Passion for delivering results through strategy development and new business initiatives - Driving the vision and commercial excellence strategy including right product portfolio - Focusing on building internal and external relationships - Responsibility for mid and long-term commercial vision strategy and tactics - Ability to accelerate and multiply Sales, Profitability, Retention and Market share growth - Effective Leadership and collaboration with your direct reports: SME, Corporate Accounts and Sales Back Office - Driving forward the performance of the Sales division by developing improved business strategies and inspiring motivation - Performance management processes at senior level and dealing with complex HR activities - Development of internal relations as another key area of focus, working in partnership with the Senior Management Team to ensure the business vision and objectives are achieved
