PERSONALITY CZ & SK brings an unique career opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of day-to-day logistics operations in 2 locations for an important OEM automotive customer. This role represents a great opportunity for a motivated Candidate with previous relevant experience in automotive industry with strong customer-oriented approach.

NÁPLŇ PRÁCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all planning and execution of logistics operations in 2 locations /Trnava and Szentgotthárd/
Leading, motivating and developing of an international logistics team (up to 10 employees)
Responsible for managing and optimizing of transport operations
Managing and optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
Regular communication with customers regarding the status of operations
Monitoring logistics performance and costs
Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures
Ensuring compliance with company rules and all legislative aspects related with employment

POŽADUJEME / PRAX

Previous relevant professional managerial experience in the field of logistics (leadership role) min. 2 years
Excellent leadership, people management and motivational skills
Fluent communication in English language
Result-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
Very good understanding of logistics processes
Strong logical and analytical thinking
Decision making and problem solving skills
User knowledge of MS Office
Travel activity: ca 20% of working time
