- 1st level support on card processes and system functionality for Customer Service operations (Card Call Centrum) Responsibility for coordination of country change request & requirements Contact person for card operations Responsibility User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance Periodical validation of handling/processes in card systems

- English language on an advanced level German language is an advantage Relevant professional experience Self motivated with independent working style Good communication skills Analytical skills for complex processes Technical understanding Reliability and stress resistance
