- Providing controlling & performance analyses and explanations of the results to enable operational and strategic management decisions Ensuring of monthly and weekly reporting to the management Managing of month end closing process Evaluating and approval of marketing initiatives, campaigns Preparation of monthly and year end forecast Providing cost comments Preparing sales estimations Participation in retail business meetings and projects Preparation of operational reports, comparison of main KPI’s, financial indicators, bench marking analyses Examining and confirming feasibilities for new business projects and recalculation of executed ones Providing ad hoc management reports, detailed analysis of sales, costs, investments Supporting local management decisions Coordinating of Filling Station business planning Business reporting, maintenance reporting Retail CAPEX reporting
