NÁPLŇ PRÁCE
- Process order work in progress reports and audit reports from the Firm's internal system
- Process client bills, including transfer to the client's e-billing system where possible
- Ensuring that client fee deals agreements, local regulations, tax requirements and internal billing policies
- Accurately process cost transfers, write offs and deletions in Firm's internal system
- Be point of contact for partners, fee earners and business support colleagues in local offices
- Train new team members on billing processes, as required
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Fluent communication ability in German language
- Education in Math, English or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Flexibility
- Previous experience in a billing environment and knowledge of billing systems as advantage
