- Manage and report on data quality, and deliver technical support to the firm, alongside SLAs and KPIs. Daily monitoring and management of data integrations Test new/changed data integrations and features Ensure global data protection policies are followed Responsible for RBAC (role based access control) management; set up groups and permissions, move people into the correct groups Monitor tickets passed to the database team Prepare data for migration and undertake data loads into the system, such as adding additional experience data from spreadsheets Work with the Foundation product owner to identify requirements for new fields and taxonomies Liaise with the data office to ensure that all data and integrations are registered in the global data catalogue Manage the career development of more junior colleagues within the team, both in terms of mentorship and regular review and advice regarding live work projects
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Previous experience with data management Excellent communication skills - written and spoken English Strong attention to detail, especially in relation to grammar, proof-reading and data validation Ability to work flexibly and to tight timelines Good organisational skills and ability to self-manage Investigative mindset, with good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong capabilities in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) German language skills desirable, but not essential
