A skilled Welding Technologist is wanted for an interim job in Germany for our client in Automotive Industry. Project Duration: 6 months.NÁPLŇ PRÁCE
- Developing technological procedures of welding with all necessary details and parameters - Providing welding technology and related activities according to the valid OS - Specifying the necessary raw materials and production equipment and determines the production and technical conditions with regard to increasing the technical level and performance, occupational safety - Creating procedures, instructions, determining the type and sequence of operations, machines, equipment, tools and technical parameters of the welding process - Cooperating in verifying the requirements of departments for welding machines and equipment and requirements for external cooperation - Assessing the effectiveness and legitimacy of the proposed changes in technology - Creating material consumption standards for individual components - Performing approved changes in technological documentation - Designing and providing measures to gradually increase the level of welding technology - Performing analyzes of technical and economic efficiency of procedures and proposing measures - Assessing the effectiveness and legitimacy of proposed technology changes - Proposing measures to reduce labor and to improve the quality of products, to reduce the consumption of materials, tools, etc. - Participating in the processing and processing of the FMEA process - Participating in the elaboration and processing of management plans - Processessing complete technological documentation on PC, SAP module PP - Initiating activities to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities concerning products, processes and quality system and any product problems related to processes and quality system - Developing complete technological documentation
