- Strategic development of the entire human resources department in production company with app. 600 employees and 3 production plants in Slovakia - Direct management of HR department (6 employees ) - Focus on talent management & talent acquisition as well as organizational development and human resource marketing to implement corporate goals - Advising managers on HR issues and supporting the plants in implementing suitable measures - Further development of the guidelines, harmonization of processes and tools for HR tasks across the plants - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management - Managing the recruitment, selection and training process
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- 5 years+ of professional experience in a comparable HR position - Very good knowledge of labor law - Experience with negotiation and cooperation with trade union - Advanced English or German language - Experience in organizational and personnel development as well as in project management - Cooperative leadership style, high service orientation - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
