As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and profitability. This executive leadership role oversees Financial planning, Control, Reporting, Treasury, Tax, and Investment activities. The CFO plays a key advisory role in strategic decisions and is instrumental in driving financial excellence and transparency throughout the organization. You will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee the day-to-day operations, fulfill the direct sales business targets, such as existing and new business, profitability, additional corporate finance services.NÁPLŇ PRÁCE
- Lead and structure the Group’s finance function, including accounting, treasury, reporting, and taxes
- Build and maintain a high-performing finance team; advise on organizational needs and staffing
- Oversee group-wide financial services and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Develop and manage annual budgets at company, divisional, and Group levels; provide standardized planning and reporting support to financial managers
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of the Group’s financial position and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for all Group entities and family assets.
- Lead initiatives to digitize and harmonize financial reporting systems and processes across the Group
- Define financial goals in alignment with ownership expectations and ensure cascading of these targets to divisions and subsidiaries
- Manage capital allocation and liquidity planning at the Group level
- Supervise the preparation of annual reports and coordinate external audits and internal control processes
- Provide financial expertise in due diligence activities for new projects, acquisitions and investments
- Establish and enforce unified controlling and reporting standards, particularly for new acquired assets
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Proven track record in Financial strategy, Capital management, Budgeting and Digital transformation
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in an executive leadership role
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Strong business and analytical thinking
- Experience with international business operations and navigating cross-border financial issues
- Extensive knowledge of European financial regulations, accounting standards (SK, IFRS), and tax laws
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- English and Slovak language / Expert level
