- Responsibility for providing an optimized assortment in shops (Fuel stations), with focus on increasing and growth of sales, revenues and profitability - Set prices and price ranges - Define local promotions in cooperation with the Marketing and Retail department, support of loyalty program - Monitor and evaluate monthly performance, track sales figures and provide reports - Set up planograms and shop layouts - Negotiate and establish relationship with local suppliers - Monitor the market and price screening of competitors - Manage local supply chain for shop products - Provide support of the Department Manager in defining the shop strategy and in the budgeting/planning process - Implement new international standards, international promotions - Shop administration in SAP: price accuracy, maintenance of vendors, stock reconciliation - Suppliers bonuses and accruals calculation
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Min. Bachelor degree (ideally Business Administration or similar) - Relevant professional experience in product management, marketing and category management, retail or consumer goods - Fluent English and Slovak language knowledge - Good communication, negotiation and organizational and skills - Effective time management, ability to prioritize - Advanced MS-Office skills - Precise working attitude
