- Responsibility for communication with suppliers, internal customers and other stakeholders Negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive prices for purchased goods and services Contract management and claim management Supporting the procurement demand planning Evaluation of submitted offers in tenders Researching information on suppliers Evaluation of the financial, commercial and technical capabilities of potential suppliers Managing contract re-negotiations and prolongations actions Using control processes to manage risk in procurement and supply Identification and analysis of strategic optimization options Encouraging and managing innovation in the supply chain process Providing guidance to stakeholders and promoting the use of e-tendering tool Researching and analysing data on market changes
WE REQUIRE / PRACTICE
- University education in economics/business related or technical field Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience Experience with tenders, negotiations, contracting, purchase to pay Fluent knowledge of English and Slovak language Knowledge of MS Office, Procurement tools, SAP, etc. Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible, responsible, accurate
