Client Support Professional - B2B

POPIS KLIENTA

Our Client is an American company, a global Leader in safety, identification and compliance solutions, operating in 33 countries worldwide. The main aim of this role is to manage flow of information between company's B2B customers and different divisions of the company to provide first class services and resolutions to the customers with excellent customer service, delivered with empathy and efficiency.

NÁPLŇ PRÁCE

  • Responding to incoming queries and orders from external and internal customers through e-mail (85% of the communication) and telephone (15% of the communication) within agreed timeframe. Communicating with the customers on delivery times and dates by liaising with internal suppliers, actively reviewing the open order book to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner. Calculating quotes on behalf of customers and sales team. Account set up and amendments to customer records as specified by customers and sales team. Handling customer complaints, invoice queries and other queries by using rigorous logic and methods and by liaising with internal suppliers. Providing sales support for internal and external sales team. Understanding how the company solutions fit into the market place to support customers with product advice and knowledge. Using the company CRM tool to effectively communicate with new companies, contacts, lead generation, business opportunities and assign tasks to the appropriate channels, as defined. Reporting problems and opportunities on organization, customers and markets to management.

POŽADUJEME / PRAX

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service/Sales Support environment, preferable B2B background Fluency in English language and confident use of Slovak language are essential Knowledge of any other CEE+ languages like Hungarian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, Romanian, etc. are very welcomed Experienced user of MS Office, experience with an ERP system (such as SAP) is an advantage The ability to meet deadlines and work independently Effective communication and problem solving skills
