- Manage the successful delivery of the HR administration associated with all aspects of the employee life cycle Manage the support of cyclical HR activity Oversee the Payroll function, supporting the Payroll Manager as an escalation point Assist with the implementation of process improvements in conjunction with the Continuous Improvement team, Senior Manager HR Operations, and other HR Operations Manager Support the HR Data, Systems & Analytics team to ensure the smooth implementation of any system and process changes Provide comprehensive day-to-day leadership and management of the regional HR Operations team aligned to that mirrors the Being Freshfields values Motivate and lead a high-performance team across several geographies
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Experience working in an HR Service delivery environment min. 2 years Excellent people management skills with the ability to create a vision that inspires confidence Strong skills in data analysis, attention to detail and accuracy Proficient English language skills Experience of using HR Systems
