Creative Document Specialist

POPIS KLIENTA

Take the opportunity to join our growing team as a Creative Document Specialist for an international law firm Freshfields.

As a Creative Document Specialists you will provide support to our legal offices around the world. We are looking for people with an eye for detail and strong technical skills - particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive document editing services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.

This position will be performed on the shift bases: 4 days work, 4 days off. The total average hours in the working week is 32 hours only, which allows you to spend more time for your personal activities.

NÁPLŇ PRÁCE

  • Create, format and update a wide variety of presentations, training materials, posters and other materials following company branding
  • Modify documents from various sources into the firm's marketing visual
  • Ensuring that all changes have been recorded and make logical and aesthetic sense
  • Assisting internal clients with the technical issues in the creation of presentation materials

POŽADUJEME / PRAX

  • Willingness to work on shifts (4 days work, 4 days free)
  • Advanced level of skill in all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint
  • Proven problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • English on communication level
