PERSONALITY CZ & SK brings a perspective career opportunity in TIER1 AUTOMOTIVE industry.For our important Client, an international manufacturing company, a member of a strong international automotive group, we are exclusively hiring the position of Quality Manager.
NÁPLŇ PRÁCE
- Quality Standards & Strategy Development: Establish and uphold quality standards and specifications & development and implementation of the plant Quality strategy.
- Quality Department Leadership: Direct leadership, motivation and development of the Quality Dpt. Team consisting of 25 employees.
- Quality Management System (QMS):Maintain and develop the QMS framework to drive continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16946) and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Customer Quality Management: Monitor feedback and address concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality of materials and components.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee processes to ensure products meet quality standards throughout production, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement & Auditing: Drive ongoing enhancements to processes and products, conducting regular audits to assess compliance.
- Quality Training: Provide training to foster a culture of quality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Collection of data, maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Min. 3 years of previous professional experience in a leadership role in Quality Management within TIER1 automotive industry
- Good overview in key automotive regulatory standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949)
- Upper-intermediate knowledge of English language (level B2)
- Leadership skills, previous experience with leading, motivation and development of own team
- Dynamic, resolute and self-driven personality
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Time management skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
