- PERSONALITY CZ & SK brings a perspective career opportunity in TIER1 AUTOMOTIVE industry. For our important Client, an international manufacturing company, a member of a strong international automotive group, we are exclusively hiring the position of Senior Plant Manager.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic leadership for 2 automotive production plants
- Develop and implement plans to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Manage and optimize production, inventory, and material flow to meet customer demand
- Establish and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and operators
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing and sales
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Daily communication in English and German language
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- 10+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of leading successful plant operations and driving continuous improvement
- Advanced knowledge of English and German
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
