NEW HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT

• JOB DESCRIPTION & 9 KEY COMPETENCIES:
• LEADERSHIP and MENTORING an international team of Internal auditors
• AUDIT PLAN, PROGRESS, KEY FINDINGS & Communication to the Senior management team
• AUDIT PLANNING & CONTROLL / Ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with the plan and on time
• TEAM ALLOCATION / Assign team members to specific audits based on their skills & experience
• RISK ASSESSMENTS / Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk within the global organization
• MANAGEMENT ADVISORY on risk mitigation strategies and improvements to internal controls
• EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION & COLABORATION between the internal audit team and businesses
• DUE DILIGENCE PROJECTS / Performing these projects for company’s M&A activities
• BUSINESS PROCESSES IMPROVEMENT, in compliance with the existing policies

• Motivated Leader with proven track record of Leadership, experience in leading a high-performing team & collaboration with cross-functional teams
  
• 5Y+ experience on Management level position
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration / ACCA, CIA, CISA or CIMA certification
• 7Y+ Professional experience in Auditing, Risk management or related fields / Big4 experience will be very appreciated
• Active driver’s license & Willingness to travel
• Fluent English / Business level
• Strong analytical profile, problem-solver and decision maker
• Team player with strategic thinking capabilities combined with strong delivery mindset
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
