- This position is suitable for a candidate with an understanding of IT Distribution Market & distribution channels, VAD and the ability to build/ scale project & business development initiatives.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders & vendors
- Developing distribution Sales channels & negotiating, closing deals with business partners
- Evaluation of the impact of market changes on the company's business activities
- Defining the company's long-term goals & overseeing their implementation
- Identifying, evaluating business & commercial opportunities in the market
- Executing strategic business plans, investments & development projects in order to merge into new markets
- Monitoring of turnover, margin, profitability, cash flow and other key financial indicators
- Approving business plans & financial budgets
- Responsible for the achievement of business & financial goals
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, internal guidelines & ethical standards
- Managing Governance, compliance & Risk management
- Responsible for regular reporting of financial results, performance & strategic initiatives to company owners
- Attending networking, industry events, representing & promoting the company
- Following the Ethical Codex & company Best practices in dealing with company partners and customers
POŽADUJEME / PRAX
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role in the IT distribution & technology sector
- Strategic leadership capabilities
- Strong selling, negotiation & presentation skills
- Growth & Business oriented mindset (turnover, profitability & revenue growth)
- Business acumen & familiar with financial management, cash flow, (P&L) and controlling principles
- Change management & expansion strategies
